Features and Advantages
The finished fabric has a smooth , soft and hydrophilic hand feel.
The working fluid has a good stability and is not easy to stick to cylinder or roller.
Good solubility , and the proportion can be evenly scattered in the water.
Application scope
Suitable for the after finishing of cotton, linen, acrylic, polyester and other yarns and fabrics, suitable for soft and smooth finishing of knitted and blended fabrics, suitable for complex working condition, and used for hand feel finishing in dyeing and washing factories.
Reference Dosage
Immersion process: 5%--10%(o.w.f) (after diluted)
Dip rolling process: 50-100g/L(after diluted)
Dilution and complex-formulation method
The proportion of hydrophilic silicone and special emulsifier is 3:1 (decrease or increase can be achieved , add 4% acid to adjust to PH=6) to emulsify to the required concentration.
The emulsion emulsified by this method has excellent stability, and can withstand anions, strong alkalis, strong acids, high temperatures, and high shear.
Packaging and storage
120kg/plastic drum, stored in a cool place , valid for 12 months.
