Features and advantages
The finishing fabric feels soft, fluffy and plump.
Good stability after dilution is prepared.
Good salt-resistance and alkali-resistance, able to be used in the same bath with the cationic additives.
It has less impact on fabric whiteness and color brightness.
Applicable scope
Suitable for cotton, linen, acrylic and other yarn and fabric finishing, especially suitable for knit and woven soft finishing as standard softener flakes for dyeing factory.
The experiment of yellowing effect on white fabric must be conducted and observed before practical use.
Reference dosage
Immersion: 10% softener flakes F400 3-10%(o.w.f)
Dip rolling: 10% softener flakes F400 30-100g/L
Dilution method
Add the softener flakes F400 in a ratio of 5-10% to water, stir and gradually heat it up to 60 ℃ until completely dissolved. Cool, filter and set aside.
Package and storage
25kg/bag.
Store in a cool place.
Avoid heavy pressure and caking.
Valid for 12 months.
