Features and advantages

Applicable scope
Suitable for cotton, linen, acrylic and other yarn and fabric finishing, especially suitable for soft finishing in denim washing and garment washing.
Reference dosage
Immersion: 10% softener flakes CR 3-10%(o.w.f)
Dip rolling: 10% softener flakes CR 30-100g/L
Dilution method
Warm water method for dissolving materials: Gradually add the softener flakes in a ratio of 5-10% to water at around 30 ℃, stir for 10-15 minutes to disperse them, soak for 1-2 hours, and then stir at low speed until completely dissolved. Filter and set aside.
Direct high-temperature method for dissolving materials: Add the softener flakes in a ratio of 5-10% to water at room temperature under stirring, stir for 10-15 minutes, and gradually heat up to 50-60 ℃, continue stirring for 30-60 minutes until completely dissolved. Cool, filter and set aside.
