It can effectively improve the dry wet rubbing fastness of the fabric by 1-2 level.
Dose not affect the color light of the fabric , giving it a plump and smooth hand fell.
Application scope
KF indigo dry wet rubbing fastness improver is a special polymer compound that can effectively improve the wet rubbing fastness of various dark colored fabrics such as cotton and wool , as well as after pigment of printing by level 1-2 , it has no affect on the color light of the fabric and can improve the color fastness of the fabric.
Reference Dosage
When the dry wet rubbing fastness of dyeing fabric is improved:
KF：40-60g/L
Dip rolling:(Rolling residual rate 60-90%) drying (100℃) baking （150-170℃）
When the dry wet rubbing fastness of pigment printing is improved:
KF：50-80g/L
Dip rolling （Rolling residual rate 60%-90%) drying （100℃） baking （150-170℃）
When the dry wet rubbing fastness of garment washing or dyeing fabric is improved:
KF：30-60g/L
low bath ratio soaking ,dehydrate (liquid carrying rate 80-100%) dyeing (100℃*30 minutes)
( NOTES)
Ii is recommended to soap the fabric thoroughly before treatment to achieve better results.
If the fabric have hig hand fell requirements,it can be done after soft dyeing.
