Features and advantages
Excellent fluffy and soft hand fell.
Usually, it is resistant to acid, alkali, and good electrolyte stability.
It can dissolve at room temperature and has good phase solubility.
Application scope
Suitable for after finishing of cotton, linen, acrylic and other yarns and their blends, suitable for soft finishing of knitted and woven fabrics. Especially suitable for hydrophilic and soft finishing of fabrics such as towels. It is recommended to test the white fabric for yellowing before use.
Reference Dosage
Immersion process: 10% Softener 999 dosage 3--8%(o.w.f)
Padding process: 10% softener 999 dosage 30-80G/L
Dilution method
Gradually add softener 999 in a 5-10% ratio to room temperature water, stir until completely dispersed and dissolved, taking 30-60 minutes. After complete dissolution, filter and set aside.
Packaging and storage
120kg/plastic drum or 200kg/metal drum packing, valid for 12 months.
