Application scope
Suitable for post finishing of cotton, linen, acrylic and other yarns and their blended fabrics, suitable for soft finishing of knitted and woven fabrics, especially suitable for hydrophilic soft finishing of towels and other fabrics, and more suitable as a softening agent raw material for daily chemical products.
Reference Dosage
Immersion process: 10% solution 3--8%(o.w.f)
Padding process: 10% solution 30-80G/L
Dilution method
The solvent-free softener is gradually added to the room temperature water at a ratio of 5-10%, stirring until completely dispersed and dissolved, which takes 30 -60 minutes, filter and set aside after completely dissolved.
Packaging and storage
125kg/plastic drum or 200kg/iron drum packing, valid for 12 months.
